Physically - is a breathing exercise where you will do 3 sets of 30 breathes (see demonstration video below).
Spiritually - sitting in a comfortable position with your eyes closed and back straight, imagine a ray of light coming into the top of your head and through to your entire body from the heavens. It will come in when you inhale, and go out when you exhale and back up to the heavens. So inhale and send it back up a couple of times then exhale and send to out to everyone around you. Breath in again and send it out to the whole country, breath in again, then send it out to the whole universe and so on.
Emotionally - close your eyes and sit in a comfortable position and be grateful for each persona that you are happy for being in each area of your life.Examples: Health, be grateful for being a primal warrior and describe the feeling that you have from that.
Environment, you may be a VIP and you feel abundant. Business, you may be a CEO and feel organized. Finances, you might be an investor and you feel exponential.Education, you might be an expert and you feel smart.
Play, you might be an entertainer and you feel entertaining. Relationships, you might be a lover and you feel loving. Contribution, you might be a leader and you feel useful. You need to come up with your own identities and how they make you feel.
Mentally - after completing the "Setting Outcomes" worksheet, you will have outcomes for each area of your life. In the mental priming, you will close your eye sand get comfortable and imagine what is the one thing today I that I can do to get me closer to that goal. If it is a health goal you are aiming to achieve, it might be to eat high fat meals today. If it is a business goal, it might be to meet with your team today and help get them organized. If it is a play goal, it might be go play 9 holes of golf today. If it is a relationship goal, it might be to contact 5 different people.
